4.0 Non-Executive FunctionsNot Reserved to the Council

Committee	Functions	Delegations
Licensing Committee	Functions relating to licensing and registration.	Authority to undertake some of these functions may be delegated to officers in accordance with the Scheme of Delegation to Officers as set out in Part 3-C1 of this Constitution and to a Licensing Sub-Committee in accordance with its terms of reference as set out in Part 3-B of the Constitution.

11.0 Responsibility for Functions
